Every friday at our shop on Williams we have free coffee cuppings. Come out at noon and improve your palate, friends! All are welcome. Just walk up to the table in the back, say “Hi!” and start sniffin’ and slurpin’ (it’ll make more sense when you get there). Our dapper barista, Stephen, will guide you through a tasteful romp of our most recently offered roasts.

Hey! You’re already addicted to the fantastic and exploratory palate adventures of Professor Cadieux’s Friday cupping, we know. But for those who can’t make it on Fridays at noon, we’ve exciting news. Cuppings will now be happening every Sunday at 2pm, as well as every Friday at noon at our Williams store.
This week, Stephen will be comparing nutty flavours again. Next week, he’ll be starting palate mapping, food pairing, brew method comparisons, and so much more. Who knows what that sly devil has up his sleeve for us.
